Business & Enterprise Committee announces final evidence session in its inquiry into creating a higher value added economy
The Business & Enterprise Committee today announces that it will take evidence from the Technology Strategy Board, an NDPB which is charged with promoting science and technology innovation in the UK economy, at its meeting on Thursday 20 November 2008 at 11.00 am.
The panel will be the Committee's seventh, and final, evidence session as part of its inquiry into creating a higher value added economy. The inquiry, which is considering how the UK economy can position itself so that it can compete most effectively in the global marketplace, has taken on an additional urgency following the slowdown in the world economy over the last few months.

The session will be open to the public on a first come, first served basis as there is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms.
