Merits Committee took evidence on waterways Public Bodies Orders

Draft Inland Waterways Advisory Council (Abolition) Order 2012; Draft British Waterways Board (Transfer of Functions) Order 2012.

The Committee met to consider these Orders on March 27th and decided to initiate the enhanced 60 day procedure.  The Committee took oral evidence relating to these Orders on April 24th from:
