Following the referendum held on 23 June 2016, the European Union Committee has focused on scrutinising the process leading up to UK withdrawal from the European Union. As well as conducting a series of Brexit-related inquiries, the Committee holds regular meetings with UK Ministers and with political leaders from the EU-27.
