The EU External Affairs Sub-Committee has received a response from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to its report, Brexit: Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) missions and operations, which was published on 14 May 2018.
The report concludes that the UK may be able to continue participating in CSDP missions and operations post-Brexit, but it will not have the influence it currently enjoys in developing, planning and leading missions and operations.
