Two Government Ministers answer #Jobs4Youth Twitter questions in Lords inquiry

On Monday 3 February, the House of Lords EU Sub Committee on the Internal Market, Infrastructure and Employment put questions to the ministers on a range of issues, from levels of youth unemployment to the quality of careers advice and the effectiveness of EU funding programmes.


Esther McVey MP, Minster of State for Employment, and Matthew Hancock MP, Minister for Skills and Enterprise, both faced questions submitted by the public on the issue of youth joblessness.

The Committee also used Twitter for this session, putting to the witnesses a selection of the questions which had been submitted via twitter using the hashtag #jobs4youth.
