Publication of Report on Stop and Search without Reasonable Suspicion

The Joint Committee on Human Rights will publish its Seventeenth Report, The Terrorism Act 2000 (Remedial) Order 2011: Stop and Search without Reasonable Suspicion (second Report), at 00.01 am on Tuesday 13 September as House of Lords Paper 192 and House of Commons Paper 1483.

The above Report will be available under embargo from 00.01 am on Monday 12 September. If you wish to receive an embargoed PDF version of the Report at this time, please contact the office by 3pm on Friday, 9 September.
