Legislative Scrutiny: Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill 2018

Accepting written submissions. The deadline is Wednesday 27 June 2018.

The Committee has called for evidence on the human rights implications of the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill. 

The Bill will make provision in relation to terrorism; to make provision enabling persons at ports and borders to be questioned for national security and other related purposes; and for connected purposes.
