The Work and Pensions Committee has published the Government’s response to its report on automatic enrolment in workplace pensions and the National Employment Savings Trust.
The Committee’s report, published in March, assessed the Government’s proposals for introducing automatic enrolment in workplace pension schemes, which will be phased in from October 2012, and the operation of NEST (Eighth Report of Session 2010-12, HC 1494).
The Government’s Response is published as the Second Special Report of Session 2012-13 (HC 154). The Government response is available to download from the Committee’s website.
