Your submission

If your submission is confidential and you do not want it published please explain your reasons in the Additional information.

Most written submissions are published on the website.

Your document should:

  1. be in Word (doc, docx, rtf, txt ooxml or odt) format, not PDF
  2. be maximum 25MB in size
  3. be a single document - if there are any annexes or appendices, these should be included in the same document.
  4. contain as few logos or pictures as possible
  5. contain no macros
This should include any relevant information that has not been covered by the form e.g. if you do not want your submission published.
