Focus of the session
The session explores the roles and responsibilities of the IRB, including decision-making about the phasing in of additional Thameslink services, its advice to Department for Transport officials and Ministers, and any process or governance changes that could avert similar disruption following the next scheduled timetable change in December and beyond.
