East Coast franchise: Committee questions Stagecoach, Network Rail and DfT

In this session, the Transport Committee aims to scrutinise the three main stakeholders who were party to the bidding process and management of the East Coast franchise, namely Stagecoach, Network Rail and the Department for Transport. The Committee is interested in diagnosing exactly what went wrong with this franchise and how things are being improved for future operations.
