Draft Civil Aviation Bill

Inquiry closed: report and Government response published.

Following the Government publication of their draft Civil Aviation Bill in November 2011 the Transport Committee undertook pre-legislative scrutiny into the draft Bill and published their report on 19 January 2012.


The Committee received correspondence from the British Air Transport Association (BATA) regarding their report on 24 Janaury, which is published below.

The Committee received correspondence from the Civil Aviation Authority regarding the CAA Consumer Panel on 10 February, which is published below.
