Economic experts discuss Scotland’s fiscal framework

The Scottish Affairs Committee is holding its first evidence session into revising Scotland’s fiscal framework. The Committee hears from economic experts on the financial mechanism that will underpin the transfer of further responsibilities in the Scotland Bill.
