MPs take evidence from outgoing Chair of the Charity Commission

This is the Committee's last evidence session with the outgoing Chair of the Charity Commission. The session takes place on Tuesday 3 July 2012 in Committee Room 15.

It gives the Committee the opportunity to question the Chair about her time in the post and current and future challenges for the Commission and the charity sector.

Particular issues to be explored:

  • the highlights from Dame Suzi Leather’s time as Chair of the Charity Commission
  • the future challenges facing the Commission
  • the Commission’s revised public benefit guidance
    the Review of the Charities Act 2006
