Commissioner for Public Appointments questioned

The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee holds a session with the Commissioner for Public Appointments and leading academics.

This is the first evidence session of the Committee's inquiry into pre-appointment hearings. In this meeting, the Committee questions witnesses about the role of Parliament in scrutinising important public appointments.
