Scope of the inquiry

The Committee’s Brexit and Northern Ireland inquiry will run on a themed basis with sub-inquiries on different issues.

Brexit and Northern Ireland: Tell us what you think

The Committee wants to hear about what you think it should look at as part of its Brexit and Northern Ireland inquiry. We would like to hear views from across society in Northern Ireland, including business, the voluntary sector, young people, academics and members of the public.

Any proposals for a sub-inquiry should set out the suggested theme and the possible impact of Brexit. In making your suggestion you might want to think about:

  • What areas do you think will be most affected by Brexit?
  • Why do you think Brexit poses a particular challenge or opportunity in this area?
  • What could the Committee focus on in its inquiry and who do you think we could speak to?

You can submit proposals on our online forum Tell us what you think, or by using the link below.

The Committee already has Brexit related inquiries into the land border between Northern Ireland and Ireland and Fisheries.

The Committee is not able to take up individual cases or complaints.
