On Tuesday, we held our first evidence session of our inquiry ‘Bailiffs: Enforcement of Debt’.

The Committee’s new inquiry into Court and Tribunal Reforms is accepting written evidence.

Evidence submitted to this inquiry must address all or some of the questions outlined in the inquiry’s terms of reference, which can be found here.
