Committee question witnesses on Court and Tribunal reform programme

The Justice Committee holds the third session of its inquiry into the HMCTS Court and Tribunal reform programme.

Scope of the session

MPs will be keen to consider how and where justice is delivered. They will likely cover: the direction of the HMCTS reform programme as a whole; digital justice and Assisted Digital support; legal capability; online courts and access to physical courts; video hearings and the principle of open justice.
