Justice Minister questioned on employment tribunal fees

The Justice Committee holds a one-off evidence session on employment tribunal fees.

This one-off evidence session on Employment tribunal fees is expected to cover a number of issues including:

  • The Government's legal defeat in the Supreme Court over Employment Tribunal Fees
  • The refund scheme for those who paid fees, and how well it is working
  • How the Government plans to progress policy in this area
