Purpose of the Session

This is the third evidence session of the Committee’s inquiry on the definition and administration of ODA.Previous sessions have focused on the administration of ODA (by Departments other than DFID); this session focuses on its definition.

Witnesses include a senior OECD official, the Representative of Anguilla (a territory which is not ODA-eligible but requires humanitarian assistance due to Hurricane Irma), and representatives of Development Initiatives and the UK Aid Network.
