Phillip Hammond questioned on developments in UK foreign policy

This evidence session is part of the Committee’s rolling inquiry into developments in UK foreign policy and is likely to cover a wide range of current foreign policy challenges, including Russia/Ukraine, Iraq/Syria/ISIL, and Libya. The session is expected to last two hours.
