Scope of the inquiry

The FCO published its Human Rights and Democracy Annual Report 2016 in July 2017.

The Committee’s scrutiny of this report will begin with this short evidence session on the FCO’s human rights work in the UN, including its work in the Human Rights Council and other forums.

Further evidence sessions will take place in the coming months.
