Purpose of the session

The Committee is undertaking its inquiry in order to examine the conduct, processes and outcomes of negotiations between the UK Government and the European Union regarding the UK’s exit from the European Union. In the first of a number of planned evidence sessions, members are expected to question Mr Davis on his time as Brexit Secretary, his involvement in the UK-EU negotiations, and the framework under which negotiations have been conducted.
