Updates on negotiating positions of wide range of dossiers published

The European Scrutiny Committee has released its final report of the Parliament.

Its Fortieth Report of Session 2016–17, provides updates on the negotiating positions on a wide range of dossiers, including:

  • Proceeds of crime: mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders
