The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee will take evidence in connection with its Inquiry into Food security: demand, consumption and waste on Wednesday 22 October 2014, in Committee Room 15, Palace of Westminster.

This is the first evidence session for this inquiry and will explore influences on consumer behaviour, including the role of retailers, food waste and redistribution.
