Secretary of State gives evidence on work of Defra

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee is holding a one-off oral evidence session on the work of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).

Purpose of session

The Committee examines the work of Defra on topics such as flood recovery and Common Agricultural Policy. Discussions also focus on the funding of the Department and the work of its agencies following the Comprehensive Spending Review in November 2015.
