The Culture, Media and Sport Committee publishes a letter from the University of Tubingen, responding to Lord Coe and Mr Thomas Capdevielle’s evidence to the Committee on 2 December 2015.
The two witnesses were discussing the Committee's publication of a research study - commissioned in 2011 by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) but as yet withheld by the IAAF from publication in a scientific journal - which suggests that 29-45% of athletes under examination may have been doping.
