Pubs Code Adjudicator questioned on operation of Pubs Code

The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee is examining the performance of the PCA, whether the code is working as intended and whether disputes between tied tenants and pub owning companies are being resolved satisfactorily.

Ahead of the oral evidence session with the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) on Tuesday, the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee has published written evidence submitted as part of its review of the operation of the Pubs Code.
