Guide to the Rules issued by the Committee on Standards on 18 July 2023
The Guide below incorporates the APPG Rules agreed to by the House on Wednesday 19 July 2023. It will come into effect with the new Rules on 16 October 2023, subject to any transitional arrangements agreed to by the Committee on Standards.
The Committee on Standards set out its proposed transitional arrangements on page two of the Guide below.
