This is a police report of an attempt by suffragettes to present a petition. Page 1 refers to Mrs Saul Solomon and Mr Albert Dawson. Page 2 explains how a group of women 'in colours and sashes' dashed forward and made an attempt to rush past the police. Page 3 is a list of names of people who were taken into custody, with Emily Davison's name at the top.
