The medal in the Parliamentary collection

The medal is a crowned four-pointed star in bronze with two crossed swords through the angles and a central wreath of oak leaves, with the royal  'GV' cypher of King George V at the foot and in the centre a scroll inscribed '1914-15'.

The reverse is plain and is inscribed 'Capt. A.T. Wilson, Political I.A.'. The medal is suspended from an integral plain ring at the top of the crown, and the ribbon is watered red, white and blue. It belongs to the group of medals awarded to Sir Arnold Wilson  KCIE, CSI, CMG, DSO, MP (1884-1940).
