The House of Lords has made changes to the way it works as a result of Covid-19. The changes ensure as many members as possible can continue to bring the knowledge and experience the House draws on to carry out its work.
Most members now participate online in a new way of working for the House of Lords in response to Covid-19.
All members now vote in divisions online, enabling the House to fulfil its constitutional role checking and changing legislation.
