Contacting the Parliamentary Archives

The Parliamentary Archives hold millions of records on both Houses and other material relating to Parliament.

Archives staff can answer simple enquiries over the phone, but most are dealt with by post, fax or e-mail.

Staff cannot undertake detailed research for users but will provide advice about the scope of records for particular topics. The Reprographic Service supplies copies of readily identifiable material, by post or e-mail. All enquiries should be answered within ten working days.
