New Palace of Westminster WOA 1656

20 December 2019

In early 2020 Art in Parliament, the current website for the Parliamentary Art Collection, is due to be closed for redevelopment.

A new, improved website to present our art and furniture collections is currently under development, launching in the spring of 2020. This new website will include access to objects from across the Heritage Collections including the Historic Furniture Collection and the Parliamentary Art Collection.

In the meantime, users will be able to look at archived pages of the old site, which are snapshots of past versions. Search and web functionality will be limited because the pages are no longer live.

The archived version of the site will be available from the Parliamentary Archives webservice.

To search and browse oil paintings from the Parliamentary Art Collection visit Art UK.

For collection enquiries and information please continue to contact the Heritage Collections Team at curator@parliament.uk

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the redevelopment, and we look forward to sharing the new Heritage Collections site with users in Spring 2020.
