For general enquiries relating to private bills (local bills and personal bills but not private members’ bills), hybrid bills, special procedure orders and Scottish provisional orders contact either office.  For specific information about the progress of legislation through a particular House contact the office in the appropriate House.  For information about hybrid instruments contact the House of Lords office.
