The e-petitions website system is run by the government rather than Parliament. The Office of the Leader of the House of Commons deals with enquiries.

The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for processing Members’ expenses claims from May 7, 2010.
Members’ pensions are administered by the Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund. The Fund is not part of the House of Commons and not a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.
