The House of Lords Library's research section produces an occasional series of papers, entitled Library Notes, which are compiled for the benefit of Members of Parliament and their personal staff. They are concerned with topics of current parliamentary interest and aim to be politically impartial. Authors are available to discuss the contents of Library Notes with Members and their staff but cannot advise members of the general public.
