Regulatory Reform Committee

About the Committee

The Regulatory Reform Committee is required to examine and report on all draft legislative reform orders proposed by the Government under the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 which is intended to allow easier removal of legislative burdens and promote better regulation.  The Committee may also examine and report on any and all matters relating to reform of regulation.
