Registration forms

The Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards is responsible for providing advice and guidance to Members, their staff and parliamentary journalists on how to register or declare certain financial interests.

Forms for Members, their staff and parliamentary journalists

Registration forms are only for completion by Members, certain categories of Members' staff, journalists who hold a parliamentary pass and staff of APGs who hold an APG pass.  Anyone who is required to complete a form is automatically sent one either by the Commissioner's Office or by the Pass Office.

For further information about the form for Members please contact the Registrar on 020 7219 3277.

For further information about the forms for Members' staff, parliamentary journalists, or staff of APGs please contact the Assistant Registrar on 020 7219 0401.

Forms for All-Party Groups

Before embarking on the process of setting up a new, as yet unregistered, all-party group please contact the Assistant Registrar on 020 7219 0401 to tell her the group's subject and discuss any queries you or she may have about the group.

Since APGs may be staffed by organisations or individuals from outside Parliament the Registration Form (PDF PDF 99 KB) which must be completed in order to register the group is accessible here.  Any prospective new group shoud also read the Guide to the Rules on All-Party Groups (PDF PDF 158 KB) prior to registering.
