Forms for Members, their staff and parliamentary journalists
Registration forms are only for completion by Members, certain categories of Members' staff, and journalists who hold a parliamentary pass. Anyone who is required to complete a form is automatically sent one either by the Commissioner's Office or by the Pass Office.

Forms for All-Party Parliamentary Groups
Before establishing an APPG any prospective new group should contact the Assistant Registrar on 020 7219 0401.
Since APPGs may be staffed by organisations or individuals from outside Parliament the Registration Form which must be completed in order to register the group is accessible here. Any prospective new group shoud also read the Guide to the Rules on APPGs ( PDF 5.91 MB) prior to registering.
