An Annual Report on the work undertaken by the Commissioner's office has been produced every year since 2003. The Annual Report for 2011-12 ( PDF 1.21 MB) was published on 26 June 2012.
The Code of Conduct together with The Guide to the Rules Relating to the Conduct of Members provides guidance on standards of conduct expected of MPs when carrying out their parliamentary and public duties and on the financial interests they must register.
Further details of the reviews of the Code and the Guide can be found here.
Registers record the financial interests of MPs, their staff, parliamentary journalists and all-party groups run by Members.
Registration Forms are completed by MPs, their staff, parliamentary journalists and all-party groups and form the basis of their initial entry on whichever register applies to them.
The Commissioner considers complaints that an MP has breached the Code of Conduct and its associated rules. He can also initiate his own inquiries and he can consider self referrals from Members. He publishes statistical information. He also publishes the outcome of his inquiries.
Press notices issued by the Commissioner's office are published here.
The Guide to the Rules on All-Party Groups ( PDF 158 KB) is primarily for the use of officers and staff of registered all-party groups, which are informal cross-party groups run by and for MPs and Peers and cover a wide range of subjects.
A range of general information about All-Party Groups is available on the APGs Page of parliament's website.
