Normal opening hours
Bona fide members of the media can email the House of Commons Media Service or call the enquiries line on 020 7219 0969. The enquiry line is staffed from 9.30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday (when the House of Commons is sitting) and from 10.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday (when the Commons is in recess).
For URGENT enquiries relating to a breaking news story or the next day’s news coverage, the out-of-hours service can be contacted on 020 7219 7395. Please leave a message detailing the nature of the enquiry and contact details and if urgent the on call media officer will call you back.

For enquiries concerning House of Commons Select Committees please contact the relevant Select Committee.
MP Pay, Expenses and Pensions
Media enquiries regarding MPs’ expenses, pay and pensions should be referred to The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) on 020 7811 6488.
