John Borley is Director General of Facilities.
The Department of Facilities is responsible for a range of key services to Members, staff and the visiting public. This includes catering and retail services (including private dining and banqueting), maintaining the heritage and integrity of the Parliamentary Estate and furnishings, Members’ offices and stationery advice, lost property, mail delivery, booking of meeting and committee rooms and Upper Waiting Hall exhibitions.
