1. HISTORY OF PARLIAMENT TRUST
The Commission noted the History of Parliament Trust's Report and Financial Statement for 2004-05, the Annual Report for 2005 and its 2006/07-2008/09 Plan.
2. POST-ELECTION SERVICES: REPLY TO ADMINISTRATION
The Commission agreed to the response from the Board of Management to the Administration Committee's First Report on Post-Election Services, and agreed to send it to the Committee, together with the related responses from the Advisory Panel on Members' Allowances and Mr Speaker.
3. CONTINGENCY PLANS AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY
The Commission noted the House's contingency and business continuity plans and endorsed the high priority given to them.
4. NEW VOTERS' GUIDE
The Commission reaffirmed its decision in principle to produce and distribute a New Voters' Guide with the format and contents as circulated; noted the new estimate of costs provided; and agreed to consider final sign-off at its meeting on 24 April.
