The Houses of Parliament uses an e-tendering portal, 'In-Tend'. This portal enables suppliers to attach themselves to any of our projects and express an interest without being an approved supplier. The benefit of this e-tendering system is that it is open, transparent and no matter what size your company is, you have the opportunity to participate in any of our published tenders and work with Parliament.
All correspondence with suppliers will take place through In-Tend.
You will need to register to enable you to view details of current and forthcoming tender opportunities. All suppliers who are seeking to do business with Parliament are encouraged to register with In-Tend. Please see the guidance for suppliers notes ( PDF 1.71 MB) to assist you with your registration.
Please click on the link below to go to the Parliament e-tendering portal.
Please note registering does not mean you are a supplier to Parliament.
We are aware that our e-tendering portal is not compatible with screen-readers. If you use a screen-reader and would like further information about the tenders available or how to participate in tenders for the Houses of Parliament, please contact us on 0207 219 1600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the potential adjustments we can make to assist you.
