This seminar will take the form of a panel discussion, chaired by Maggie Throup MP, Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Adult and Childhood Obesity, with leading experts from research and questions from the audience. Discussion will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the government’s plan for action, what more needs to be done and how best to assess what’s working and what’s not. Questions and comments ahead of the event are invited through the hashtag #POSTobesity.
