This private briefing session for Members, Peers and parliamentary staff, chaired by Lord Oxburgh, was to give parliamentarians the opportunity to debate bovine TB control with Professor Ian Boyd, the Defra Chief Scientific Adviser, Mr Nigel Gibbens, the Defra Chief Veterinary Officer and two independent scientists, Professor Christl Donnelly, Imperial College and Professor Rosie Woodroffe, Zoological Society London.
