Today, the CPA British Islands & Mediterranean Region Election Observer Mission (EOM) published its final report on the Cayman Islands General Election of May 2013.
The report was consensual and all Observers and Election Analysts contributed to and agreed the text.
The report has been sent to the Cayman Islands Governor's Office, the Elections Office and other offices with an interest in its contents. It is available to download here.
