Conference Adviser, MDGs


CPA UK is looking for an experienced and politically-aware researcher to join the team to help in planning and running a high profile international parliamentary conference on the Millennium Development Goals in November 2011. This is an exciting role in a busy and dynamic office in the heart of Parliament.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching the conference programme, producing conference outputs including a toolkit for parliamentarians, identifying, sourcing and briefing speakers and liaising with parliamentarians across both Houses of Parliament, and internationally. The principal role involves translating current issues relating to the Millennium Development Goals into a coherent and relevant conference programme for international parliamentarians.


£22,579-£29,330 per annum, depending on experience.
