Sarian’s story looks at the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003. Born in Sierra Leone, she talks about how the Act protects her and her children from FGM since moving to the UK.

Their story looks at the act that first passed the National Health Service from a woman’s perspective, as well as the 1967 Abortion Act and the impact that both have had on women.
