Working with Parliamentary Outreach

In partnership with organisations such as the Federation of Small Businesses, Bradford People First, Young Carers Revolution, Involve Yorkshire and the Humber and Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire, Parliament’s Outreach Service in Yorkshire and the Humber organises and participates in free training sessions, events and exhibitions.

  Presentation to Keighley and Bradford Pensioners Association
• Leeds - Friday 12 October
  Workshop on engaging with legislation for Involve Yorkshire and Humber policy group.
• Hull - Thursday 18 October
  Workshop for Politics students at the University of Hull.
• Scunthorpe - Friday 19 October
  Workshop on engaging with Parliament for members of Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce.
• Sheffield - Thursday 24 October
  Workshop for University of Sheffield’s Politics Society.
• York - Tuesday 30 October
  Workshop on engaging with Parliament for The Who Cares Trust.
• Hull - Tuesday 13 November
  Presentation to Hull City Council’s Tenant’s Forum.
• York - Saturday 24 November
  Workshops on engaging with Parliament’s at North Yorkshire Youth Council’s annual summit. In partnership with Parliament’s Education Service.
• Leeds - Tuesday 27 November
  Workshop with the University of Leeds and Vitae on how researchers can engage with Parliament.
• Barnsley - Tuesday 4 December
  Workshop for South Yorkshire Tenants and Residents Network.
• Leeds - Wednesday 5 December
  A workshop on engaging with Parliament for politics students at Leeds Metropolitan University.
• Halifax - Thursday 6 December
  Workshops on engaging with Parliament for Halifax Opportunities Trust.
